Jen Frost has served as a Senior Case Manager at Roose Ressler & Green Co., LPA since 2016, bringing a calm, organized presence to a fast-paced and emotionally demanding process. Known for her ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, Jen plays a key role in supporting both clients and attorneys throughout the disability benefits process.

She finds purpose in knowing that her work helps ease the burden for clients during difficult times. Whether she’s coordinating case materials or answering client questions, Jen is driven by the belief that every person deserves to feel heard and supported while navigating the Social Security system.

Originally from Northeast Ohio, Jen has three grown children and is a proud dog mom to Jack (Frost). In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading over 50 books a year, attending live music events, and exploring the area’s metroparks.
